Children are ecstatic and thrilled with the colors, flavors, sounds and surprises of their special day. And it all happens because as adults, we magically create the moment for them. Party Arts is celebrating a new beginning by presenting our themed invitation, scrapbook and party accents to you on our web site exclusively. Our physical doors in South Norwalk, Connecticut will close at the end of March. We present fabulous savings from 50%-70% on almost everything in the shop.
